If your purchase doesn’t quite suit your home, simply return it within 30 days of your order date (not delivery date) in its original, unopened packaging. Important Details & Conditions

Exclusions
Our 30-day money back guarantee does not apply to:

  • Orders collected directly by customers
  • Deliveries arranged through third-party couriers or removal services
  • Custom or specially ordered items

 

Return Condition
Items must be returned in their original, unopened, and saleable condition. If an item is damaged, unwrapped, or otherwise unsellable, we may refuse the return or charge a repacking fee.

 

Fees

  • Shipping and credit card processing fees are non-refundable
  • If you cannot return the item yourself, a pick-up fee will apply

 

Cancellation Fee
If the returned product is not in brand-new, sealed condition, a 20% cancellation fee may be deducted from your refund.
