From the moment I purchased I was contacted to confirm receipt of order and an expected delivery date. The week leading up to delivery I was contacted to confirm the date and that I would be contacted by the driver. The driver promptly called me and confirmed details. Turned up on time, was very friendly and provided instructions and care suggestions. The whole process has been a pleasure and will definitely look to purchase from them again.
